Castle Estates continues its rapid expansion

Castle Estates has announced that, since the merger of the Castle Group with Touchstone in 2006 to form the new Paladin Group, its network has grown from strength to strength. The company’s strategic planning has now led to six new branches being opened up in just six weeks and, the company reveals, a seventh business is also in the pipeline. According to the information provided, the new Castle Estates offices can be found in Winslow, Milton Keynes East, Aylesbury (x2), Leicester and North Leeds.

Neil Hollingworth, managing director of Castle Estates, commented on this rapid growth, saying, “North Bucks was a target area for us. We now feel we are well on our way to achieving a strong hold here and are already looking at options for our next area to target.”

Castle Estates was established in 1979 and has become one of the fastest growing residential letting agents and property management organisations in the UK. Whilst its main business involves property management, it also offers a variety of ancillary services such as block management and specially tailored services for corporate clients. The franchise currently has a network of around 50 branches across the UK and Ireland.
